DGEST

In Management of Recurrent Miscarriage, Threatened Abortion & Luteal Phase Support in ART
A highly selective oral progestogen, DGEST® contains Dydrogesterone 10 mg per tablet and offers targeted support to maintain pregnancy and regulate the menstrual cycle. Manufactured by Health Care Pharmaceuticals, DGEST® restores progesterone’s crucial role in endometrial receptivity, reduces the risk of early pregnancy loss, and provides luteal‐phase support for assisted reproductive techniques.

Pharmacodynamics & Mechanism of Action

  • Selective Progesterone Receptor Agonist: Dydrogesterone binds to uterine progesterone receptors, mimicking endogenous progesterone without androgenic or estrogenic effects.

  • Endometrial Stabilization: Promotes secretory transformation of the endometrium, facilitating implantation and placental development.

  • Immune Modulation: Helps maintain the maternal–fetal interface by down‐regulating inflammatory mediators.
