Dosage Guidelines

• Secondary Amenorrhea & Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB):
  2.5 mg to 10 mg daily for 5 to 10 days to induce secretory transformation of the endometrium.

• Endometriosis:
  Start with 5 mg daily for two weeks, then increase by 2.5 mg every two weeks until reaching 15 mg daily, continuing the dose for 5 to 9 months.
